Our multi-purpose curling ribbon is perfect for using in balloon bouquets, floral uses and for other decorations. The ribbon is designed for curling using a pair of scissors or a knife and can be used with helium filled balloons or air filled balloons. Also commonly used for wrapping presents, art and craft projects and most decorative floristry uses.
